Training Solutions

Ecovert FM only succeeds through the enthusiasm, loyalty and competence of our staff. They provide the essential skills and the experience needed to make our business successful. To ensure that they are able to do so in the most efficient manner, we offer a strong and effective training programme for all of our staff.

Ecovert FM supports staff in learning new skills that will benefit both themselves and our business. We commit, on average, 3% of our payroll each year to training, and learning opportunities range from basic literacy skills courses through to masters degrees.

Every employee has their needs assessed and training is offered in a variety of ways - internal/external courses, evening classes, distance learning, CBT etc - to suit different backgrounds, personal circumstances and learning styles. Wherever possible training is carried out to meet nationally recognised standards/qualifications

Our staff are currently undertaking courses including:

  • Masters Degrees in, Environmental Engineering, Employment Law etc.
  • CPD and Management Development Programmes.
  • HND/HNC in Building, Catering and Hospitality Management.
  • NEBS Supervisory Management Programme.
  • National Apprenticeship and National Traineeship Schemes.
  • NVQ's in Catering, Cleaning Science, Building Maintenance, and Security.
  • CIMA, ACCA and AAT qualifications.
  • CIEH, CITB and ROSPA - approved health and safety courses.
  • In-house Information Technology courses by Microsoft© Approved Trainers.
